“The unit is lovely and has everything you might need (except a hair dryer). There were even snacks on the counter and breakfast sandwiches in the freezer. We learned too late that it’s important to read the emails they send prior to your stay because the check in process is not conventional. Also, there are plenty of stairs getting into the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.”

“Loved the feel of this place. Everyone we dealt with seemed on board with making this a successful resort and making every guest feel welcomed. Loved the music that was pipeded throughout the resort, a nice mix with a jazzy mix that provides a vacation soundtrack. Fishing didn't pan out but we enjoyed ourselves despite that due to the ambiance of the place. ”

“The rooms were nice, staff was courteous and helpful, good options for amenities and good location. Free breakfast ordered was just cereal and milk. The shower pressure was poor-if you wanted full pressure you had to turn it all the way hot and if you wanted warm you had minimal pressure. The breakfast at Encore restaurant was overpriced and not very good but the staff were wonderful.”

“We were delighted with the property location on HH and fact that there were less than 10 steps to enter the condo. The lake view from the balcony/living room/master bedroom is amazing, with awesome sunsets nightly. Kitchen was nice and adequately equipped for cooking and we were pleased to find one living room chair was even a recliner. We look forward to staying here again in the future. ”
