“Pleasantly surprised. Room and bathroom were extremely clean. Rooms do not have their own AC units but the owner happily tuned the temp down and provided me with a fan to use (I like the rooms cold) I would definitely stay here again ”
“The property had an interesting history, which was nicely documented for the guest to read about. The bed was very comfortable & the shower pressure was pretty good, although it was very tiny. The room itself was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed.
The room towels could use an upgrade and the great room decor would be more appealing without all the silk flowers. Wine, beer n sodas were a very nice touch - a non sweet wine would be a great addition. Overall happy with the stay...
“Attended a family reunion in Eau Claire. Hotel was a little out of the way, but worth it. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, lounge, pool, and breakfast each morning.
Didn't have a need to try the restaurant.
The gas station was convenient to pick up ice for us as well.”
“Room was very clean. Property manager was amazing to deal with. Rooms are fairly dated. Bed frames were squeaky to the point where I went to my car to grab an allen wrench out of my toolbox to tighten them up. That fixed The problem. Everything else in the room worked as it was supposed to though.
It's a motel so I wasn't expecting a palace. Great customer service and very cleanv goes a long way in my book.”
