"The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc) Bedding and sheets were good. The bathroom- shower had mold The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights. Great stay, thank you"

"Our family stayed there for 3 nights. Parking was a bit tight to navigate for a big car, especially if another car was coming down the opposite way. Slight musky smell in the apartment - had to spray some air freshener. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working - had to open the windows to air out the steam. Walls are thin - can hear other people if they get a bit loud at night. But otherwise, a good place to relax after exploring the city."

"We have stayed at Burbury a few times, so quite a decent hotel. However, we have selected Twin beds and this was not set up when we arrived. This has happened more than once, so need to review their process for guests' bed preferences and set up the room accordingly. They did provide complimentary drinks for this shortcoming, but would prefer the have the room ready when we arrive after 3pm so we have the room for resting."
