"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou!
The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming.
One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special.
Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸"

"Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead.
I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored.
