Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...

For example: we had no hot water, seldom kitchen appliances, offered a small private pool that was not available (was dirty and when we asked for it to be clean it...

“I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here.”

“Beautifully decorated, large apartment in a very convenient location. Host was super accessible and responsive. Great hot showers with strong water pressure, and clean water. The laundry was a washer dryer combo, not the best. It took about 5.5 hours to wash and dry one load. The neighborhood gets a little noisy at night. Overall would recommend.”

“Fue una experiencia horrible. La comunicación con la persona fue muy difícil. El personal de seguridad nos ayudó e incluso el taxista se quedó con nosotros hasta que pudimos entrar al apartamento. El olor a humedad era muy fuerte, había cucarachas vivas caminando por la cocina y la tostadora tenía restos de comida pegados. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable y realmente lamentable.”
