"This was our 3rd stay here because of its cleanliness, location, amenities and those views from the sky view rooms. Its a bit dearer than the majority of stays in the area but the views and location make it all worthwhile. Only downside was no safe in room not usb ports to charge devices so pack your adapter. "

"Great property right in the heart of Broadbeach. I stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely, very comfortable and extremely convenient. I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. The apartment I had was beautifully appointed with a massive television and was extremely clean and modern. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had a wonderful view, and was spacious and clean. Though it could do with a few more cooking implements such as a frying for longer stays. All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities."

"It was a great option for a family with young children. Our kids loved the splash park, waterslides, and the various pools. Facilities were great. Location was convenient, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We got the the view of the river and city, it was a really nice view. The room was very clean, the sheets on the bed were clean sheets. Overall, the room/hotel was very nice. We paid an extra $55 for the buffet breakfast and parking. The only thing is that we didn’t think that the seafood buffet was worth $85pp only because they only had prawns, mussels, crab and oysters for the seafood. But the food was nice. "

"Close to beach, but rooms noisy . Great pools. Close to shops. TV channels very boring. Had steaks for dinner, not good. Value for room good."
