"The hotel seemed to have undergone a few upgrades, but there were definitely signs of wear and tear like holes in the wall from the towel racks. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner—there was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the toilet. There was a lot of dust on the Kleenex holder. "

"We arrived after the office closed so our key was left for us. The room beside us was vacant and the door was standing open with all the lights on, and there was trash outside the door, a dirty sock hanging on the balcony railing, but there was no staff on the premises to report it to. We also tried calling the phone number on the website, but could not reach anyone.Our room did not look like it had been cleaned but did have the beds made. The toilet was nasty and there was no toilet paper. We had to go to a store and purchase toilet paper at 11:30pm. "

"A/C was broken, refrigerator was nasty and leaking so bad I almost slipped and fell, the bed next to the window had a piece of the head board broken. I took pictures and showed the lady at the front desk. I didn't even stay 30 minutes after checking in and she assured me that I'd be refunded my money but it's been a week and they still charged me. I will not be going back to stay there again. I was in room 320."

"Easy check in, huge room, super clean, easy parking, quick and easy restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast is always appreciated but give yourself time, it was packed! "

"Honesty would be good. I asked for a room on the first floor, there was the claim made there were none. I went out for a late dinner and observed SEVERAL rooms available on the first floor, the property was “lightly attended”. Wasn’t sure about Wi-Fi as there wasn’t anything mentioned at check in. I did have plenty of pillows and didn’t have to provide my own toiletries, this was a plus. Considering this was a short stay, from appearance, they still have a long way to go in providing better service and better amenities. There is work in progress."
