"Great place but elevator out was a nightmare "

"My husband and I traveled to Houston to catch an Astros game. The valet meets you in front of the hotel making impossible parking carefree. We were pleased with our room and the amenities available. In particular to our goal, the hotel is an easy walk to the stadium with a great selection of restaurants. It was perfect with exception of the Astros losing. "

"After a terrible experience with my booking at the Hyatt, we decided to head straight to The Whitehall—and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. They truly turned our stressful situation into a great stay. The service was top-tier, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I can’t thank them enough. This hotel knows how to treat their guests right!"

"There isn’t much around to do in the area, you definitely require a car to drive into town. It’s also very empty? Barely saw people in the day time. Besides that, I wasn’t ecstatic about the serve homeless population in this area only reason it caught my attention was because it was visible on every single block maybe 4 miles in each direction. Didn’t feel super safe or willing to walk in town, also please note we are from out of state so this was super different for us to see. Next time would preferably book a hotel in a more populated area. We really loved rice village area. "
