The distance to the airport wasn’t 5 minutes like it was mentioned in the Expedia apps, it was 10 minutes.
Flooding in front of the hotel
The color of the towels was too dark for white towels
The pillows and pillow covers didn’t smell nice, maybe they haven’t been replaced with new ones so I can smell the sweat coming out of the pillows and covers.
The Shuttle bus wasn’t free for online bookings, this was supposed to be informed beforehand.
I’ll never go back there or will never book a 1 star hotels anymore.

Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice.

The hotel was somewhat difficult to find because the directions were unclear, and its name was confusing because another hotel with a similar name is located on the opposite side of the airport. The location information should clearly indicate whether the hotel is on the domestic or international side.
I stayed in a twin room, but only one face towel was provided, and the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.
During check-in, the reception staff member was using a personal smartphone and did not appear to give the customer her full attention.
The hotel itself is clean and relatively modern. Clearer directions, more attentive service, and improved housekeeping would enhance the overall guest experience.
