The River Guesthouse is absolutely stunning with a beautiful river view. It is in pristine condition with amazing decor, and is quite impressive. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and spacious with comfortable beds, television, end tables, chairs, cabinets and countertops. The bathrooms are clean and bright with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The breakfast room is gorgeous, and breakfast is delicious and made to order. The view is mesmerizing and the pool is clean, and refreshing. Most of all, the hosts and their family are delightful, and very helpful with recommendations and directions, plus provide a wonderful booklet to navigate throughout East London. The staff were friendly, and accommodated us by doing laundry for a fee. Thumbs up to the Riverview Guesthouse for such a wonderful stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

A must when traveling to East London
I will definitely return to Riverview whenever I need to work in East London and surrounds. What an amazing experience of true hospitality by caring hosts. Amazing breakfast! Great room, great bed. Excellent staff and a view second to none.

Liebevoll geführtes Guesthouse mit tollem Blick
Liebevoll geführtes, wunderschönes und geschmackvolles Guesthouse mit tollem Blick auf den Fluss - wir haben nachts den Vorhang offen gelassen, damit wir gleich wieder den Blick geniessen können. Das Zimmer ist neu und schön eingerichtet mit modernem Bad und fantastischem Früstück am nächsten Morgen!!! Die Inhaber sind immer ansprechbar und unglaublich freundlich. Mein Bild von East London hat sich durch unseren Aufenthalt dort positiv verändert - ich kann es sehr empfehlen, auch weil es mit den 4 Zimmern eine persönliche Note hat!

Met by 2 delightful daughters who helped us with somewhere to eat. Room beautiful, breakfast great, owners very accommodating and helpful.
Wished we had stayed 2 days and gone straight to Durban.
