Room was small with lots of missimg attention to details On a positive note, if youre into the whole Times Square too many people vibe its right in your wheelhouse. I’ll look elsewhere next time. I wouldnt stay there again but "

"Beautiful hotel, perfectly located for our weekend stay. Westlight is an incredible rooftop bar. The only complaint is that we could hear ambient music throughout the night from the outdoor speakers and even on the 12th floor we could always hear it. But it didn’t really detract from our stay and we would still return. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, however, the internet was intermittent and the mattress was very hard. Housekeeping tried their best to accommodate by adding extra comforters, but we both still woke up with back pain. The gym had no towels, sanitizer or tissues. Housekeeping was friendly but didn't speak English - we had use google translate to communicate. not a big deal, just thought you would have to learn to speak the language to work in the US - especially in hospitality.
