“When we arrived at the property we found out that we didn't have a reservation with the hotel-even though Expedia had said that we were booked- so that was quite a surprise as you can imagine !With the island being heavily booked we were worried but the front desk lady was so wonderfully good that she took control of our situation and found us a spot at another hotel right next door for one night. “Great stay! Breakfast is continental with cooked to order eggs available with daily changing smoothie. Clean and neat property. Airport shuttle was a plus. Property owner very friendly and helpful. Few overall trip notes: -“Taxi service” around the island is a challenge, be prepared to wait -DreamTours offers great island tours -Henua Market great for groceries and snacks -Great souvenirs at the airport and at the end of the National Park at Rua Toki-Toki.”
