"Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing he could do. Just like the front desk people, he just pushed it off to someone else who never came. Check in took 45 minutes because hotel cards would not work for elevator. Had to haul our luggage back and forth and couldn’t even take the stairs that were locked. We finally got cards that worked for the elevator. I had not been informed about the $50 deposit for the room and it took several days to get it back. I was new to this experience and it was disappointing. Just some simple info about our stay seemed to be pushed to the next person who just sent it right back. The only good thing was that the food was excellent. "

"Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees should inform guests. Instead we got a text an hour after we left informing us of the hours of the observation deck. Hotel was beautiful and clean but due to lack of communication probably would not stay here again. "

"The breakfast was fabulous. There was barbecue potatoes, onions, peppers under our eggs. And there was enough left for breakfast the next day."

"I was expecting to be able to swim but the pool was out of order and had been for several months. This should have been divulged so that I could have chosen a different property. He treadmill in the gym did not work. The weightlifting system was missing a bench and had a folding chair replacing it in the room. I had to go downstairs and request cleaning products so I could clean the headboard on the beds and all the surfaces by time I finish cleaning the surfaces the towel that I use was trash. It would never be clean again. The heat temperature on the main floor was unable to be regulated by the staff. The key they had to this thermostat did not work so the dining area was quite warm. My thoughts about this property was I need to get a reef partial refund for this day. It was ridiculous. "

"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. No where on the website does it talk about parling cost and the incident fee of 75 dollars a day. Breakfast for 10 dollars all you got was nothing health. The party that was on the roof top kept me up that night. The walls are very thin and you can here everything in the next room that you really do not need to hear. Check in time was late they had no rooms ready at 3pm. I was charged for 2 drinks that i did not buy, how does that hapoen. That was the last straw for me. I will never recommend this place to anyone. "
