"I had a really nice experience staying at the Roosevelt Hotel in Wibaux. What I liked most was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They treated me like a person, not just another guest, and were always kind and helpful whenever I needed something. The location was also very convenient. It was easy to get on and off I-94, and it worked perfectly for my trip toward Medora and Theodore Roosevelt National Park. After being on the road for a while, it was nice to find a quiet and comfortable place to relax. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The whole stay felt simple, peaceful, and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small-town hospitality and the way the staff made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay at the Roosevelt Hotel again if I’m traveling through Wibaux. It’s a nice place with good people, easy highway access, and a convenient location for anyone visiting the Medora area or Theodore Roosevelt National Park."

"Clean room and sheets. Perfectly acceptable room. However, being on the first floor we could clearly hear people walking above us from the second floor , potentially due to lvp flooring versus carpet? The breakfast was also only so so and had especially limited seating with only four tables in the the room. Final note, after reserving a two queen room and paying for it online, I received a note from the hotel asking if I wanted to upgrade to a king suite for $5. I accepted and they confirmed back it was completed, and then when we got to the hotel they said that they were sorry but none were available... Claim to have a lot of problems with their new reservation system. Overbooking."

"The hotel was extremely clean. Very nice property. HOWEVER…. The guy who checked us in was awful. He did not greet us at all. Barely said a word. Handed us our key with no instructions. He didn’t tell us about breakfast, wifi of check out. Literally nothing. Come on people, you are in customer service."
