"We were nicely greeted upon check in, and offered cookies. The checkout process was quick and we were offered a bag of snacks for the road. Both girls we encountered at the front desk were great!!"

"The service was out of this world. Everyone went above and beyond their duties. The hotel was being worked on outside, but it never affected us. The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot. The beds creaked a little bit but nothing bad. Overall 10 out of 5! "

"The staff you have working the front desk are exemplary employees. They are the absolute definition of of "customer service"! However, I do wish we would have been told at check in that the bedding and towels would only be replaced or changed every other day, unless requested by the customer. Sadly, upon arrival, the bedding did not appear "clean"...there were some stains on one pillow case and what appeared to be a make up stain on the comforter cover. "Comfortable bed and good price point. Inconsistencies from nice/soft towels to worn out and torn. Shower set-up should be easier—when you have to provide instructions for showering there’s a problem!! Television way too difficult to find good viewing options! Key cards only worked for one of our two night stay. Overall, improved from our prior stay years ago."

"We have stayed here before, but this trip was disappointing. Numerous times we waited for staff to respond because they were often preoccupied with their phones. There is a resort fee, but no pool, minimal equipment workout facility and now they have removed complimentary coffee from the hotel and casino. We will being trying a new place when we return next year."
