“Bed comfortable. 3 elevators for the size meant no long wait times. Room for price was very clean. Most hotels I have been in lately either had cracked tiles in shower or mold. This room did not. Wasnt perfect but worked well for me. Only negative was pool area. Dingy and most of the doors swelled shut I guess so it was hard to get outside pool. Wish it had outdoor pool too.”
“This was one of the better stays at Ocean City. The hotel was convenient to areas that interested me. Additionally, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are so many hotels in Ocean City that do not seem to reflect any pride whatsoever. This hotel was an exception. This will now be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Ocean City. I can't say enough good things about it: from the cleanliness, to the friendly employees, to the ease of parking, etc.

“The price was great for a convenient location to the beaches, stores, events and others. Very simple hotel that had basic things, small pool, little gym and arcade. The free breakfast was basic bagels, coffee, juice, muffins and fruits. The rooms are comfortable with great air conditioning, clean and simple set up. I would go back, we were out most of the day and this worked out great. ”

I do however have a safety concern that I would want to suggest to the front desk staff during my stay last weekend. When my key card stopped working, I told the gentleman in the front desk to reactivate it and gave him what I mistakenly thought was my room number. “Loved decor of hotel, pool, bar lounge area outside our room! Very convenient and relaxing! Staff was pretty friendly, hotel was also clean for the most part and beds made, towels replaced and room vacuumed daily!

“Stay here every year. . Mug amd malot best crab legs ever.. only problem air-conditionin wasn't cooling well till last night. Wasnt hot, just didnt cool like other years. Ladies at pool bar were wonderful. Food was great, music was great. ”
“We loved our stay at Castle in the Sand. They let us park there before our room was ready so we had easy access to the pool and beach. The pool was really nice. We were in one of the cottages and it was not far from the beach at all. You are able to order drinks and food right on the beach or by the pool if you’d like! We would 100% stay here again.”
