“This is a great, easily accessible hotel just off the main strip. You're back in a gated part of the city, so can be a little tricky to find, but the room was clean and accessible, the location is ideally situated (super close to shops and restaurants, but quiet at night) and the staff could not have been nicer. “It was very comfortable and relaxed stay in Carlotta. We could feel that they greeted in heart and all hotel staffs remember our small preference even for the coffee style. Especially I hope you can have a chance to visit roof top restaurant in the morning for a breakfast or for the dinner. "호텔룸이 깔끔하고 넓으며 따뜻합니다. 유럽 여러호텔 다녀봤지만 겨울에 전기매트(늘 챙겨들고다닙니다)없이 자보기는 처음이에요. 외출하고 들어오면 우렁각시처럼 조용히 룸을 정리하고 작은 선물을 놓아주고 가십니다. 조식도 너무 맛있고 훌륭했습니다.
직원들도 너무 친절하게 도시의 안내를 도와주었으며 늘 웃는 얼굴로 인사해주십니다. 너무 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.발렛파킹도 좋았어요. 체크인을 위해 호텔앞까지 가셔서 (주차공간있음) 발렛파킹 맡기시면 됩니다."
