"The hotel and room were great. The icing on the cake is Shelly in reception. What a lovely wonderful woman. Very friendly and very helpful. The only problem was breakfast. Or lack of. No coffee in breakfast room, waffle maker was broken and very little substitutions. Dining room looked tired."

"This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us.
