"The beds were very uncomfortable, the Air Conditioning hardly worked which was uncomfortable as temperatures at night were 27 plus. There were no coffee/tea making facilities which should be a basic."

"Steph on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was immaculate, comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast had a really good selection. Bar area has a nice ambience. Only a short walk from the train station. Second time staying and will be back. Everything was perfect"
