โHotel is goed onderhouden. De bedden hebben matrassen van een hoge kwaliteit. Kamers zijn zuiver en alles werkt, geen gebreken kunnen ontdekken. Zwembad is een meerwaarde. Het binnenbad is het hele jaar geopend, het buitenbad zou eigenlijk pas in juli open gaan. Wij zijn in juni geweest, het buitenbad was geopend wat heerlijk was gezien de tropische trmperaturen. Het mooie grote terras heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en het stadje.โ
โA beautiful peaceful countryside stay by the forest, I would love to go again but sadly the receptionist lady's behaviour was strange the way she looked at us, like we're not welcomed I love travelling and I visited over twenty countries but never happened this before. I'm not complaining but this is unusual specially on four star hotels.โ

โI am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. โI stayed there alone. It was little bit outskirts of a city so if you don't have a car you should take a Taxi (there's No bus). If you take a Taxi from the Trier station it will cost about 16Euro (except tip). The most nicest of this Hotel is a natural environment. You can get peaceful time in nature. Service is also good it gets abreast of other Hotel's service.โ
