Restaurant reasonably priced, plus potential to eat and have drinks by pool. 5 min walk to pretty town plaza with small range of shops. Could also work for trips to Mindo etc as avoid central Quito traffic. "

"Stayed here for one night and was very impressed. Johan was the front desk guy/manager and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered a spectacular view of the river and mountains. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, fresh, and plentiful.
