“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“I've stayed here multiple times. Convenient location for walking all over Nashville. Great value. Excellent having a kitchen and washer. Moreover, the folks there are super helpful, friendly and accomodating. Look, staying in downtown Nashville is pricey, but this place really helps.”

“Roof top view was beautiful. Staff was really helpful. Room was spacious and beautiful. View inroom was great. One thing though... .My husband is really allergic to cats. He gets itchyeyes and stopped up. When we went in our room this happened. He said no big deal cause only a couple nights but I think there were cats in there at one time because of this. The room smelled just fine and i did not notice any cat smell. I actually loved the room and would stay again.”
