4/5 - Good
Actually we were right across the river from Wiscasset. It is a small town and OK during the off season.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only stayed the night came up to see Gardens Aglow. Only wished breakfast had a bit more variety like eggs bacon things like that. Other than that great place to stay.

Hotel spotless and lovely. Service, when you could reach someone, was great. No front desk so you are a bit at the mercy of voicemail and remote assistance.

The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth.

It is a beautiful town but isolated. If going to Boothbay Harbor or Damariscotta or the actual Edgecomb area, it is a great place to stay.
Was not able to take in the attractions in the area as was at a conference. But do intend to come back for a leisure trip to do just that!
It is a beautiful area and it’s easy to get everywhere.
Part of a greater tourist area with much to see. Easy getting to Botanical Gardens too
Pretty town
