Staff was nice the only thing about this place walls so thin you could hear someone urinate. I was sitting on the bed trying to watch a movie had bugs crawling on me so I jumped up packed my things and slept in my truck . I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Check-in takes much longer than expected, so be prepared to wait a considerable amount of time. Rooms claim to be non-smoking but the hallways and rooms smell like stale cigarettes. Comforter has questionable stains on them.

Our room was fine, chair in room had soils but thats not a biggy. Window drape could use a little help, bed comfy......Bathroom clean.....Fridge , micro provided. Breakfast they ought to work on, i say get your own. Experience was a good one for us - i have and will recommend Quality.

The room was out dated. Most outlets didn't work. Plugged the charger in wall for phone and sparks flew out of it. I will never stay here again and recommend no one else until it gets updated. Breakfast was awful also.

There was no one at front desk when I arrived and no bell or alerting device. Waited 10 mins until someone showed up. Breakfast has greatly declined. No muffins or bagels. Yogurt, make your own waffles or cereal.

The pool and exercise room were closed. Why can’t companies put some kind of message on their site saying it’s closed. I won’t be using Quality Inn at Edgewood again.

Pool not working couldn't take kids swimming was told pool would be out of service for a month. There is no reporting on site. Pillows and sheets had stains had to go out and buy new ones to sleep on. No wifi for internet apparently was down. Will definitely not wanna go back to this hotel again.

Our room was very dirty and unkempt. Stains all over the blankets and filthy bed skirts on both beds. It appeared to be dried up vomit. Did not make a complaint as we were only staying one night and we were across the hall from the 2nd room we booked with family. Will not stay in a quality inn again. No complaints about staff as they were very pleasant during check in.

We loved that this hotel did not charge for pets and that is why we selected it. The room was nice and the mattresses were very comfortable but the bed frame/bed springs were very noisy from even the slightest movement. Also, the guests in the room next to us were talking until 4 am and we were able to hear them which kept us up. The staff was very nice and check in and out was quick and easy.

Unfortunately they had a roof leak right outside the elevator doors on the second floor and we had rain all day on Saturday but I can’t fault them they are at the mercy of contractors. Loved having coffee available all the time.

The only reason I booked this hotel, which was $20 more than the Hampton next door, was because it had a pool. When we got to the hotel to check in, my children wanted to go check out the pool. The pool was DISGUSTING. Algae growing on the bottom, the hand rails were rusted and had algae growing on them, the water was cloudy and nasty. Needless to say, we did not stay there and went next door to the Hampton which was clean and had a great pool.

The food was not what was expected no meat or eggs just a DIY waffle. And they put us in dirty room with a candle from the last occupant and they had the nerve to have the other bed without sheets not made and put the clean sheets that were for the other bed on the clean bed
