Loved the rooms, spacious, clean and a perfect location. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Only downside was the stairs. We totally understand the historic site, but we had a few injuries in our group and lots of luggage making the stairs extra difficult. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend.

As advertised in all ways. Very clean, close to transport and in the heart of Old Town, while still close to New Town. A great spot for those who don’t require a lift but want a space for themselves.

The best location. Nice and clean, safe. Great communication from property manager made it easy to find and access. The baggage storage was a lifesaver.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of all the action and within easy walking distance of so many of Edinburgh’s main sights, restaurants, and shops. It was also very easy to get to from the airport, which made arriving and departing stress-free. The views were fantastic, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great home base for exploring Edinburgh, and we would happily stay here again!

This apartment is very clean and well equipped. Absolutely great location, could walk to everything. Loads of great restaurants and cafes on your doorsteps. Close to train and airport shuttle. Lots of steps to fifth floor and no AC( we knew this going in , however it was very warm in the apartment) the only down side was the bed, it was terribly uncomfortable 😬 overall a great place!

The location was perfect! Getting the luggage up the stairs was a bit of a mission but well worth it. The laundry facilities were so handy. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed for my stay in Edinburgh, I’d happily stay again.

I highly recommend this spacious property in a prime location. Easy access to train station in under 5 minutes and just a 10-15 minute walk to most sights, including the castle. The property was very well equipped. The only small critique we had was that the bed was only a queen size rather than a king, in US standards, but it worked out fine. There’s also a great restaurant just outside the lower level called The Doric.

Property was as described. Very clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay. Comfy bed and sofa perfect for 2. Laundry facilities were available and free although we didn't require. Location is excellent...easily walkable to all the sites. Communication was top notch and iformation was complete and timely. Kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. Everything nearby. Appreciated supplied coffee and paper towels and toilet tissue. Will definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Edinburgh. The location was fantastic, right across from Waverley Station, with great views of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. There’s no elevator, but we actually enjoyed the stairs and didn’t find them a problem at all (Crazy I know). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. One small suggestion would be to consider updating the carpet or adding flooring in the bedroom, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here. They check in process was very smooth Everything we could’ve possibly needed was in our room. Every inch of space was so well utilized. The luggage storage and laundry was very convenient, and the location was great (very close to Avery station and a short walk to the royal mile).

location was great. Very close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and areas of interest. There is no lift in the property, which meant climbing several flights of stairs to get to our room. Good window soundproofing - able to shut out the noise of the busy street.

Wonderful staff - easy check in and accurate description. That being said, the 5th floor is a hike! Fortunately the view is a great reward for making it to the top!
