Comfortable room, needing a bit of TLC but met with expectations. Breakfast was tasty but a bit over priced. Good location - walkable to coast and station - with 25mins train into Edinburgh. The stay worked perfectly well for a family - 2 adults with 2 boys (11 and 9)
