Ideal location

The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Theres plenty of stores and shops within walking distance. I had a nice, clean,and modern room. Which gave me my best nights sleep in a couple weeks.

As soon as we arrived I was directed to underground parking. You can't beat that. The room was spotless and very modern. Great air conditioning comfortable bed and coffee in the room. The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend.

Ja, das Zimmer war sehr gut, ruhig und sauber und das. Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und sollte es mal wieder nach Edirne gehen, ist dies das Hotel der ersten Wahl.

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war leider nicht so gut. In einem Zimmer hat es gestunken und meine Eltern konnten nicht schlafen, da es extrem laut war. Ich wusste leider nichts von, sonst hätte ich jemanden an der Rezeption angesprochen. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Hotel ist im allgemeinen akzeptabel. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Hochzeitssaal. Abends wird es dementsprechend laut wenn eine Hochzeit stattfindet. Das große Problem sind hierbei die Hunde die in der Hotel Nähe frei rumlaufen. Ein erholsamen Schlaf hatten wir nicht. Die Hunde waren sehr laut und die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sodass Mann alles von draußen hört. Wegen den Hunden müsste was getan werden.

Otel dışından gelen seslere çözüm bulmak zor olabilir; ancak otel içerisinde, özellikle koridorlarda gece 00.00’den sonra müşterilerin yüksek sesle konuşması veya çocukların koşuşturması nedeniyle uyumak oldukça güç hale geliyor. Bu durumun kabul edilebilir olmadığını düşünüyorum. Konuyu resepsiyona iletmeme rağmen gerekli aksiyonların alınmadığını gözlemledim. Özellikle gece saatlerinde yetişkinlerin yüksek sesle konuşması ya da çocukların koşması konusunda müşterilerin uyarılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum
