The entire hotel was without cable TV service over the weekend. The water temperature was barely warm enough to take a shower. The hotel hallways and stair cases are cold. The air temperature in my room was cool. My room thermostat did not work and it was not until the next morning that I found out that every room has different air temperature control some on thermostat and others on the HAVC unit itself.

It was very easy to book, close to the airport, quiet and as a solo person,I felt safe. The hotel restaurant had a great menu, pub style food. Also a great drink selection with friendly staff. Poor shuttle service

Only downside was the airport shuttle only picks up once per hour. Other hotels are every half hour. And our shuttle was late so made it a little stressful.

Horrible Hilton.

This place is very run down and in need of a makeover. No hot water. Air conditioning was so noisy that it woke us up all night. Ice machine was broken. Coffee downstairs was horrible and cold. No towels in the pool. Phone in pool broken. Hallway and elevator was filthy. One elevator was broken, the other sounded like it was about to break any minute. Worst Hilton I have ever stayed at, will never stay there again.

Tv remote didn't work, tried 4 remotes before we found one that works. So no tv until 11pm. Then I was awoken at 1am with knocking at the door. I answered the door and they said sorry wrong room. Was not happy. Went for a hot tub in the morning and when I got in, the water smelled of pee. Will not stay there again.

Less than impressed.

The last that checked us in was very straight to the point didn’t say hello, enjoy your stay nothing. Just ID and credit card and here are your room key elevator is around the corner. When we got to our room it smelled wet/musty in there and was real warm. Air conditioner and fridge was very loud. The room was booked for 4 people and there was 2 towels, 1 face cloth and half a bottle of shampoo. In the one bed there was a bottle cap under the sheet, we had to strip down the bed to find what the kids were complaining about. Will not stay here again.
