Edmonton, Alberta hotel rooms at the Motel 6

"Great hotel and location. I wouldn’t quite say it’s 4 stars, I.e. this would put it in the same category as some fairmont hotels. However, it’s a very nice 3 stars, comfortable and clean."

"They did not honor every arrangement as expected. They requested a $200 deposit per room once I arrived, even though I had already made the payment in advance and there was no statement made as too being an extra deposit on top. They also had difficulty locating my second room reservation and initially claimed I had only booked one room, which would have resulted in me being charged again for the second room. Overall, the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating."

"We stayed in the building with the office. We were unhappy to know we had to bring our bags upstairs and no elevators"

"Beautiful bar area, very clean and staff was kind and helpful, there were several sports teams in the building and zero noise heard from them at all. Rooms are a little dated but clean and great location."
