What we saw of it, it was great. Found out they are closing maxfields restaurant it was our favorite place to eat. We still ate there but the salad bar potato bar and the ice cream machine were gone

"The pictures didn’t awe me initially but we needed a place . Upon arrival I was surprised how clean and kept up everything is. Breakfast is very simple and sufficient. Cute little town"

"We have stayed at the Mount Pleasant Super 8 many times over the pas 4 years while our daughter goes to school there. It has improved quite a bit. Not the robust town it was when I was young. Not dead but not the thriving bustle of activity either. Main Street Pizza & Phenix Restaurant ovver good dining. Daniel's Restaurant is a pay-what-you-can restaurant that has VERY good food, although.
