"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"We were given a free local bus & train travel pass for the days we were staying at the hotel (sent via email once you check in). It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus which takes you into Dornbirn centre or train station ...it's easy to then catch the train to Bregenz. Breakfast was delicious. Roof terrace nice place to relax and looks at the views. Unfortunately our hotel room was very hot. There was no way to regulate the temperature in summer as no airconditioning....
