We were pleased with our stay. Their pet policy is reasonable and not costly. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the breakfast. Room was comfortable and we slept well in the bed. Would stay again.

Check out usually is fairly easy. However no one was at the front desk when we wanted to check out and we did wait about five minutes before I just left the unattended room key with other unattended room keys near the desk phone. We tried to dial 0 for assistance as displayed by a sign near a phone and it obviously rang back to the office behind the front desk and no one still came out. We were traveling for an organization and needed to leave to arrive on time. So again we just left. I can't say the check in was any better. The very young lady who checked us in got a little too serious when stating the "rules" to us. For a bit of a back story my husband and I are mid 40s and arrived fairly late from our almost 4 hour drive, we didnt need to feel as if we were being patronized for any reason. I only choose this hotel as that is where most of our other traveling companions were staying. The cleanliness was very good, the breakfast was plentiful, and the room overall was comfortable. But customer service goes a long way.

Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, good breakfast, and it was quiet. Property is not supported by any dining choices at this exit. My only gripe is that the toilet was a short one, not good for those of us who are seniors.

The staff was exemplary, the room was mostly clean except behind a corner chair when I was looking for an outlet and behind the toilet where there was a metal cover that was off center on the floor and dirty. The vanity faucet handle was loose or broken and it took a long time to get hot water for the sink. Still we would stay again, I believe those issues will be fixed soon.
