Cute Small town hotel with amazing service!
Just about the only hotel in town. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. At breakfast I was limited in options but I requested eggs and them made some for my girlfriend and I.

A place to stay for a short time
We needed a hotel just to sleep for two nights since we had activities in two different cities. Though I had booked a bedroom with 4 beds (4 adults), the receptionist said I had booked a room for two adults and one child. Also, there is virtually no parking space around.

Only hotel in town – and a decent one.
Only hotel in Eibar, right by Ardantza station, so handy for the stadium of Eibar's currently successful football team. Locals should be proud of the hotel too – friendly, efficient, both in reception and in the convivial, tastefully decorated bar/restaurant where games are also shown. Rooms comfortable, WiFi works fine. Ten paces from the main square, cafes, restaurants, the Town Hall, a decent and recommended wine bar a few doors down. A thoroughly pleasant stay.

Buenos días. Lamentamos leer sus comentarios. No obstante, no estaría de más que explicase lo sucedido. En primer lugar hicieron la reserva con la fecha de entrada incorrecta y unos minutos más tarde la modificaron. La persona que estaba de turno es una persona que está aprendiendo y no se esperaba su llegada ya que no se dio cuenta de la modificación de la reserva. Esta persona tuvo que llamar a otra compañera para ayudarle y les pedimos disculpas por el tiempo que tuvieron que esperar y les explicamos lo sucedido. Hotel en el centro de Eibar, las obras y el tren hacen complicado el descanso. El desayuno cierra a las 9, bajé a las 9:15 y no me querían dar de desayunar. Nunca he visto un desayuno que cierre tan pronto. La gente amable, el hotel limpio y el sitio bien
