"Room had a stinging wasp nest outside which caused dozens of flying insects to enter the room in the early morning. The light near bed was full of dead wasps. They were large snd aggressive. It was really terrifying. We kept windows after first two nights but rooms was very stuffy snd uncomfortable. After first night I notified the hotel front desk and they later told me they had no sign of any insects. We complained, showed photos and they did not show any concern. I was told that the city government did not allow the hotel to exterminate the wasp nest . We were stuck for six nights. No other hotels available, no room change snd no card from hotel manager. We paid in advance. We finally just kept the windows closed tight but with no ventilation it was terribly uncomfortable but better than having dozens of stinging wasps frenzied in the room. Please save future guests this nightmare. "

"What a beautiful hotel and what lovely staff. Location was as described. Secure car parking for motorcycles. Excellent breakfast. Tea and coffee 24hours in the lobby. Very helpful attitude of everyone. Cleaners, receptionists, maintenance, etc."

"The pension was everything I hoped for and expected. It is in the perfect rural location, ideal for those hoping to enjoy all that this area offers. We arrived in the evening and I was pleased to smell familiar German cooking, although we had already eaten. The check-in was quick and simple and the room more than adequate offering a comfortable bed, white sheets and towels. The view in the morning from the balcony inspired a few photos before breakfast. The breakfast was traditional German food in a buffet format with plenty of choice. I could have stayed for more than the one night, but had a busy schedule ahead of me."

"Room 406 is way too hot. We had friends who stayed on the same floor as my wife and I and their rooms weren’t even close to the heat that was in our room. I believe the floor heating in the bathroom is broken. It seems it’s stuck on even when off "
