I liked everything. Firstly, they settled us immediately upon arrival (we arrived at 13.00), received us cordially and warmly. Secondly, cleanliness and order are everywhere. A big surprise was the breakfast, shaking in its variety, very tasty... we didn't even think breakfast could be a holiday, every morning. Not far from the sea, shops, cafes and a bus station are within walking distance. We spent the week with great pleasure. We will definitely return again!

Good value for the price

Located in the city center, near a central station. The place is very clean and everything looks very well kept. The walls are thin, so you can hear the room next door.

This hotel is good value for the area and the bed was the most comfortable we've experienced in Israel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and parking round the back was convenient. On the downside, the pool wasn't as attractive as it looks in the photos, being on a busy, noisy road, and it was a shame it was locked at night because we would have liked to sit around it. Also, I would have appreciated a Do Not Disturb sign for our door. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for visitors on a budget.

Very good hotel. Clean with coffe mashine, all iyems you need. Every day cleaning room. Swimming pool ok. It have baby seimming pool. Spa was good too. All you need in old hotel. Very good breakfast. All eas frash!. My childrens like this hotel very much. We was 4 and baby with breakfast for little money. (As regular r@b room. )But with swimming pool, spa, breakfast. I will come here next time too

When I booked this property I booked it through Expedia on the site it said many great things the pool the spa the pictures were beautiful when we got there we saw the whole hotel was under construction to get to our room which was a few stories up we had to walk up the stairs through all the construction workers and all their supplies covering the stairs it was really a hard time getting up the stairs they gave us a room it didn't have a porch the pool was out of service the spa costs extra overall I would recommend don't rely on pictures or what it says on the sites because when you get to the hotel you'll see what it really is all about

My Stay at Comfort

My stay was ok. I arrived before check-in and they had a room available. They should do better with the standard of cleanliness. The lobby was nice; though the room was average comfortable except for the drapery had ring circle stains. I had to ask the cleaner to re-clean the room because she missed the bathtub and mirror. I did a little dusting off the furniture and removed stains/spots from the refrigerator. I didn't report these mishaps to the management because the cleaners and standards are the reflection of management. Obviously, they don't check the rooms if the cleaners half do their jobs. They feel they can get away with lack, since management doesn't check anyways. The cleaner said that she was too short to clean the smear from the mirror. She is my height, and I showed her the opposite because I was able to reach the stain. It's not a place that I'd prefer overall. The bed was comfortable though, and it's a good location.

Excellent for low budget, convenient location

If you’re on a low budget I definitely recommend this hotel. Room is small but contains everything you need. Location is across the street of the central station and a 20 min walk from the Tayelet

Noise hotel

All was great money for value, BUT BUG but all night room next to as made noise and hotel management told as they have nothing too do about it , told me to call local police, they smoke in the room disgusting smell , drink alcohol and there was about 5-6 people all night making a lot of noise
