Nice facility, I enjoyed it!

The Leonardo Royal Resort Hotel Eilat is a medium sized, medium range hotel. Nice big pool, great breakfast, friendly service, comfortable room -- all good!.

nice hotel but I don't think we will come again

During korona times we expected the room to be clean. The minute we came inside we noticed a leftover food and a baby pacifier on the floor. well.... The swimming pool was fine but noisy. Breakfast was ok

Great place to enjoy Eilat! We loved this hotel and the staff! Adriana is the only staff member that speaks Spanish and she was so nice and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel

Nice family stay

Food was good, though long lines in the morning for breakfast. Hotel was very loud during check in. Pool area is lovely. It was winter so too cold to get in the water but kids enjoyed playing in the the not too hot tub. I wish the pool was heated. Kids club was great very welcoming kids loved going and we loved having adult time. The staff member Lilach was warm and sweet. Room was a very tight squeeze and was not accessible with the luggage which is a problem I never had that in a hotel. It was difficult. During check in we were offered help which was very appreciated. Also parking was hard, only a couple dozen spots and first come first serve. The hotel had special treats and candy out every night which was fun. Location was good walkable to nice restaurants and beach and boardwalk. The breakfast staff Chymon was extremely kink and helpful

Great location, friendly staff

The property looks a bit aging but you get what you paid for. Excellent location, walkable distance to the beach and malls. Very thoughtful welcome gift including a bottle of red wine, water and fruit. Like the very friendly staff, special thanks to Adriana (receptionist) who is very attentive to details and go an extra miles to serve customers. We met her on the next day in a day tour to Petra and she came up to greet us (remember our name) and reminded us what we need to do when we cross the border. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this hotel and we will come back again.

פח אשפה במסווה של מלון

קחו נשימה... אז איפה נתחיל כבר בחנייה מתחילה הנפילה משאיות אספקה חוסמות את הכניסה לאורחים ולך תמתין שייסימו לפרוק. שירות קבלה לא מקצועי ותוקפני וחסר כול תודעת שירות שמתחיל במנהל הקבלה רונן ויורד למטה עד לאחרון העובדים שנראים כאילו שרות זה לא חלק מהלקסיקון שלהם והם רק מחכים לסיום המשמרת. במהלך השהות אין שום דרך להשיג את מרכז השרות לאורח שפשוט לא עונים... שטחים ציבורים מטונפים ושטיחים שלא ראו שואב אבק מזה זמן רב... בחדר תקבלו ריהוט מתפרק וילונות מטונפים ובעיקר תחושת זלזול באורח. ארוחת הבוקר דלה ולא מחדשים את מה שנגמר, הכיסאות וסביבת השולחנות מטונפים ודביקים. מעליות שמשרתות גם את העובדים וגם את האורחים כך שתמצאו את עצמכם נהדפים החוצה מהמעלית על ידי עובד שצריך לבצע את עבודתו. בבריכה הרבה מיטות שיזוף שבורות ואנשים מעשנים בכול מקום למרות חוקי המלון שלא נאכפים ובפועל אנשים מעשנים בכול השטחים הציבוריים. צוות בידור מעיק ואגרסיבי. תמצאו את עצמכם יורדים לקבלה שוב ושוב בגלל מפתחות לא תקינים ותעמדו בתור עם אנשים עצבניים שזכו לאותו פינוק וגם לפרצוף חמוץ מצוות הקבלה. חוץ משטיפת מוח שתקבלו בבריכה משיר ההמנון של פתאל פתאל מארחים "באהבה" היו בטוחים שלא אהבה ולא שירות תמצאו שם... אם כול זה לא עשה לכם חשק... "לנפוש" ברשת פתאל נסו להשיג את מרכז השרות הארצי שלהם רק אל תשכחו לקחת לפני יום חופש ושני כדורי הרגעה.

Pas à la hauteur

A 1ère vue, hôtel pas trop mal mais il ne faut pas chercher dans le détail, quand vous regardez de plus près, on se rend compte que ce n’est plus la même chose : salle de bain vétuste, draps et serviettes de bain pas toujours très propres, ménage approximatif et surtout bruyant, jour comme nuit, les vacanciers ne respectent pas le voisinage, c’est affreux. Le pire est l’état de saleté des parties communes, restaurant, piscine, pelouse etc… Les gens prennent le personnel pour des esclaves, qui les pauvres passent derrière eux toute la journée pour ramasser leurs déchets qui laissent trainer partout. Alcool, cigarettes, même cigarettes roulées euphorisantes, autour de la piscine, à la vue de tous et surtout l’odeur pour les enfants, malgré ces interdictions signalées par panneau, ils continuent. Sans parler des maitres-nageurs qui font la police toute la journée et qui ramassent des gobelets plastiques dans l’eau, et de la nourriture autour de la piscine. Je pense que la direction de cet hôtel doit sévir pour que l’ordre et les règles soient respectés par tous. Par ailleurs, le prix pratiqué pour les chambres est délirant par rapport aux prestations, c’est beaucoup trop cher.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitacion que no era lo que habiamos reservado. Ante el reclamo nos dijeron que no tenian otra disponible y que al haber reservado a traves de un sitio, no podian asegurar que hubiese disponibilidad. Al dia siguiente nos cambuaron a la habitacion que correspondia a lo que habiamos reservado realmente. En ese traslado dejanos olvidado algunas pertenencuas y avisamos inmediatanente para que nos las guardaran, pero si bien tomaron el reclamo, nos dijeron que las personas de limpieza las habían tirado. Por otra parte, algunas personas que brindan servicio al pasajero, no se muestran cordiales al momento de la atención.

Very good meal, various dishes.

Too far to 5 star hotel, would say strong 3. 5 star would give for the meal, but not for hotel :) but still you have to compare price, the price of this option in Eilat was ok, so if you want to rest in a real 5 star hotel, you have to pay 2-3 times more.
