Worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HER

Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with.

Ett helt okej boende. Lungt och skönt på hotellet. Sköna sängar. Frukosten serverades på Stadshotellet men det ligger nära, bra fria parkeringar vid Annexet och Stadshotellet.

Två nätter med två barn i annexet

Bokat i annexet, men pris ligger inte så långt ifrån vad du betalar för hotell. Dock får du något som mer är som ett finare vandrarhem. Vatten flöt ut i badrummet vid dusch och den fukten gjorde kanske att silverfiskarna vi träffade trivdes bra. Vi bad även om mer toapapper då det som fanns vid ankomst var ytterst lite. Men inget hade fyllts på. Sängarna var ok och läget väldigt bra med gratis parkering 24h utanför. Sänk priset ordentligt för annexet så är det rimligt utifrån vad du får. Som priset var förväntar gäst sig mer.

Dejligt ophold

Dejlig rummelig, ren og hyggelig lejlighed i annekset. Fin modtagelse ved indcheckning. Gode oplevelser ved flere besøg i restauranten, både mht. til mad og betjening. Fineste service i morgenmadrestauranten. Smilende, venligt og opmærksomt personale. Godt overblik mht. opfyldning og afrydning. Jeg håber virkelig at hotelchefen Johan værdsætter og anerkender sit personale efter fortjeneste.( Havde én iagtagelse af hans kontakt med en ansat, og den attitude han udviste var det eneste ved opholdet, der ikke var positivt).

Annexet är i stort behov av renovering. Fönsterkarmar murkna. Gammalt porslin och sliten våtrumsmatta på toaletten. Också väldigt lyhört.

Hyfsat och renligt rum. Annexet dock en god bit från själva hotellet, 5 min promenad. Inte jättebra service. Hade inte fått koder för skåp till sen incheckning. Bara tur att baren fortfarande var öppen.

Lilla saker gör vistelsen värd av mycket mer 👌

Två olika receptionister var så trevliga och hjälpsamma att även att hotellet är lite gammalt och rummen är inte riktigt nyrenoverat så det var trevligt vistelse och man njöt av vistelsen.. Jag ger 11 av 10 enbart för fröknarna på receptionen och frukost ansvarig hade fixat jätte bra frukost, speciellt dom hälsosamma smoothies 👌

Vi bodde på annexet i ett rymligt hörnrum. Badrum litet men fungerade.Byggnaden är ju gammal med viss charm, känns ändå OK. Det finns ju inte hiss och är rätt långt att gå till Stadshotellets frukost, som äldre kanske jag inte bor där igen
