"The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus."

"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. "Es la Hacienda más bonita que hemos visitado. Llena de detalles y con mobiliario y decoracyde cuando se fundó. Las fotos de expedia no hacen justicia a la preciosidad de casa y jardines. El entorno es absolutamente mágico. Hay incluso preciosos caballos en el jardín. Las habitaciones son a cuál más bonita llenas de detalles antiguos. Los baños igualmente preciosos y funcionales. "The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk.
