"There is a special place reserved in the review world to hotels like Kosten Aike. It is that of a hotel that embraces the environment it is set in and makes the guest’s experience more complete. This was how I felt during my four night stay at Kosten Aike. From the moment I arrived and throughout my visit, I was greeted by helpful, attentive and friendly staff - from the reception (special thank you to Ernes!) to the dining room to the spa. The room I stayed in was clean, cozy and comfortable. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant on one of the nights and was pleased with the variety of local options to choose from (try the trout!). I found the breakfast menu fresh, with many delicious offerings and especially enjoyed the large variety of baked goods, all made in house. I did appreciate the attention the hotel gives to sustainability, especially being in a city surrounded by nature at its most majestic. All in all a comforting, unique experience, as befits a place like El Calafate "
