The property is good. We booked triple bed room and it was big enough. Breakfast is excellent - best breakfast among all hotels on our trip. They had juices, fresh fruit of apples and oranges, cut fruits (kiwi, peaches, strawberries), juices, eggs, meat sandwiches, pastries, various breads etc. The last bit of road to the property is not a proper road but that was not an issue. It is very close to downtown and closeby to all restaurants - taxi fare to downtown was normally 4500 pesos.

We stayed here for 4 nights. First, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially when my girls and I didn’t speak Spanish . The place is newly updated. It was very clean modern. I mistaken between hotels on when check out time was but the front desk was very understanding. I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is quite far from the town and the walk is over gravel and slopes. It is not conducive to just stepping out to enjoy the beautiful town…you really have to plan ahead. Also the quality of the hotel is not what we expected from the description and photos. Everything is very basic and the bathrooms are in serious need of renovation. I would not recommend it.

El muchacho en recepcion fue muy amable y super profesional. El hotel tenia tenia una gran seccion bajo remodelacion, pero la parte habilitada esta bonita. Hacia demasiado calor en el cuarto hasta con la calefaccion del cuarto apagada, era realmenete muy muy caliente por la calefaccion central. El hotel esta cerca del centro pero se ocupa un carro, y para mi el punto debil es la ubicacion porque no hay nada walking smdistance.

Je déconseille fortement !

Un personnel détestable à l’accueil qui plus est menteur ! Nous informant l’ouverture de la piscine dans le courant de l’après-midi alors que celle-ci est en travaux comme tout le reste de l’hôtel avec des ouvriers Jusqu’à 21h Sauna vieillot avec des clous qui ressortent. Isolation médiocre à même entendre ronfler le voisin.En résumé, ne pas réserver cet hôtel pour sa piscine et son spa , y en a d’autres bien mieux équipés. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas être proposé aux voyageurs alors qu’il est en travaux.
