Me gustó el hotel en general. La comida fue muy buena, las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la atención del personal fue excelente. La playa y la piscina también estuvieron muy bien y disfruté mucho mi estadía. Sin embargo, considero que el hotel tiene una oportunidad importante de mejora en la logística del transporte interno. Los carritos tardaban demasiado y había muy pocos para la cantidad de huéspedes, especialmente en las horas de mayor movimiento. Además, hubo un día en el que llegaron aproximadamente 800 huéspedes al mismo tiempo y el hotel no parecía estar preparado para recibirlos. Los restaurantes buffet estaban completamente llenos, con largas filas para poder entrar, y el servicio de transporte funcionó aún peor ese día, ya que los carritos siempre iban llenos o simplemente no aparecían. En general, tuve una buena experiencia y volvería por la calidad de las instalaciones, la comida y la amabilidad del personal. Sin embargo, mejorar la organización en momentos de alta ocupación y aumentar la disponibilidad del transporte interno haría que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor.
