Clean room, helpful and courteous staff. Transit to the centre of Madrid one block away. It was a short walk to a small mall with some nice stores and some goods eats.

Great location for the metro and for many restaurants in the area.

El hotel ofrece una excelente experiencia desde el check-in hasta la salida. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy limpias y cómodas, con todas las amenidades necesarias para un buen descanso. Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas. Lo más destacado es la atención del personal, siempre amable y profesional. En general, un hotel altamente recomendable por su servicio, comodidad y ambiente.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities are out of this world. The place made me feel like I was James Bond. The rooms are very modern and the provided toiletries are appreciated. The restaurant staff as well are top notch, next time I’m in Spain I’ll definitely be staying here !!!

This was my second visit and I highly recommend it. The women who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, showing you points of interest on the map. The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. The location is super convenient.
