I felt for a luxury resort I expected much more elegance and attention to detail with the cleanliness of the room. The sheets needed cleaning and I could tell they would use the same. Service was mediocre with the exception of a few bartenders. They would allow people to smoke in an area close to the main lobby and all of the smell would penetrate the lobby and upstairs.
