"Parking impossible but hotel right in the middle of everything and close to the beach"

"Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult."

"What an amazing little place and what amazing owners. This guest house is absolutely beautiful and so well designed for comfort and style. "Encanto is a charming boutique hotel centrally located in Canillas de Aceituno. The owner provides excellent explanations and warm hospitality. The breakfast is delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. Room 5, situated quietly in the courtyard, uniquely offers direct access to the pool. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing stay."

"Highly recommend. Gorgeous, central location overlooking the main Plaza and church tower. Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. I also loved the rooftop gourmet breakfast and well-stocked honor bar. Such a thoughtful place to stay."

"Amazing place to stay - modern, clean, excellent location in the city center yet calm place to relax. There is bar downstairs but no significant noice even on Friday night, just people talking. We could sleep comfortably with the window open. Also check in experience was very good and welcoming."

"Although arriving at 2AM, very warm welcome form our host; kind and willing to help and advise his best recommandation to tour the region. Would defintaley stay there again if neede. Quite room and surroundings for a restfull night."

The hotel and related service was good although the absence of out of hours help and restaurants/catering finishing at 4.30pm was a minor stress. The big "plus" for us was the nearby beach (30 minute walk) and associated eateries. Añoreta prom was a worthy visit"
