“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”

“Cet endroit est un chef d'oeuvre de mauvaise construction. Les chambres sont tellement mal isolé que l'on entend tout des chambres voisines. Les avions semblent atterrrir dans notre chambres, les douches tombent en ruine....ect”

“Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

“The place is beautiful with clean rooms and great staff. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The Riad is walking distance from a lot of important places like El Badi Palace, Saadian tombs, etc. We had a great time at the place.”

“Palais Moulay said was absolutely excellant. We had a great stay. Honestly it was fantastic value for money. Really central to the main medina, literally within minutes you were right in the center. The riad was beautiful...breakfast was exactly what you would hope for, great choice. The staff were amazingly helpful. We couldnt fault it. I have no idea why it has received the negative views that might put you off going. Thank you so much for the best of stays.”

“Hotel was good, very nice and friendly staff but given a room, at the R hallway, had recent water damage, hallway carpet was wet. Room’s lower part of walls, close to the floor were wet sec to water damage. We stayed three nights, wifi did not work at all. ”

“it's a bit far from the center but you can move freely using a minivan provided by the hotel. Should stay for at least two nights cause there are many things to do haaha it was a such a pleasant stay with you. ”
