My boyfriend and I had trouble sleeping in the bed (it was lumpy) and the water pressure in the shower was pretty depressing. We asked to move rooms and they accommodated us with no problems. The room was great and staff friendly. However, we’ve stayed at least twice at this hotel and for the past year, half of the first floor is closed off with water damage and construction. How come the issues don’t get fixed? The hotel building is relatively new.
