All staff were amazing, top tier customer service.
The room was clean. The bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan. No complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste probably something you need to request. They didn’t have microwave either. Honestly, these were not complaints just little things that I didn’t mind at all. The hotel is located 2 mins from times square, it’s also close to the subway. Our room was quiet, we didn’t encounter any loud people or disturbance.
Overall, I enjoyed our stay here. I would totally recommend and would definitely come back.
The best part, mostly tourists so I didn’t have to encounter some privilege or entitled or mean american.
