"Très beau séjour ! L'hôtel est très vaste, parfait pour une petite marche pour digérer ! Par contre comme l'hôtel est fait sur le long, la mer est tout le temps très près des restos et piscines ! Très belle grande plage pour marcher. Malheureusement la mer était agitée les premiers jours avec drapeau rouge, forts courants...Interdiction formelle alors de s'y baigner, très décevant mais c'est pour notre sécurité...Excellente nourriture autant au buffet quauxrestos à la carte ! "

"Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each evening 5pm to 7pm which was a really nice touch. All the staff are professional and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent quality and lots of variety. The dinners in the terra vegetarian restaurant and tempo restaurants were excellent quality. We didn’t eat in fuego so can’t comment on that. The food prices are at the higher end but all great quality. We paid around $70-80 for 2 people for 2 courses each and 1 drink each. Our only criticism was the room rate included breakfast however we were charged extra ($30 for 2) for a takeout breakfast on the day we had an early pick up for a trip out with a guide which was a bit steep given the room rate. There were lots of birds in the area and the hotel could attract many to the gardens/grounds if the hummingbird feeders were regularly replenished (they were practically empty our full 5 day stay). A suggestion would be to use up any left over fruit such as papaya or banana to set up a feeding station for wild birds in the hotel gardens "

"What an incredible view. Watching the sunrise over the Pacific horizon was the highlight of every day. The suites have everything you need, clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. You can also enjoy lon g walks on the beach at any time of day, including at night to take in the amazing view of the stars and, if you're lucky, a couple of planets."

"Absolutely stunning property with great staff and service. Exceptionally clean, great rooms, heavenly beds, great food/restaurants, beautiful beach and pool area. The shuttle service is very helpful for the massive property. Didn't get to golf this trip but the course is in great condition as well. The place is dead after 9pm, which wasn't an issue for us but could be to some people who are looking for some sort of nightlife/bars. If possible fly into the new airport to avoid the 2 hour drive from Tocumen (new airport is 15 mins away) but not a big issue either way. Will absolutely be visiting again! "

"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "
