The girl in the spa Vanessa physically attacked me an employee of the spa, because i didn't get out on time.. my cell phone was stolen just outside the hotel, the man at the front desk had good customer service, the female at front desk during the day did not... the agua thermal "hot spring" is NOT hot, its cold btw. Quiet town, too small kinda boring. I came fon a 2 day trip from Barcelona... should have skipped this town. I only went for the "hot spring" buffet sucks, coffee was good 👍

Hay maquinas en el hall y un pub musical de copas lateral, que da a la calle que no pega con el tipo de hotel. desayuno de baja calidad y café malo.

Puse una nota que era para una celebración de aniversario de bodas (30 aniversario)y ningún detalle. Nunca antes me había ocurrido. Personal de recepción y balneario muy agradables.

Un hotel con encanto. Esta al lado de la playa, y cerca tiene todo tipo de bares y restaurantes. Tambien puedes dejar el coche en el parkin a buen precio . El spa es pequeño pero completo. Las habitaciones són nuevas.

Excelente servicio, la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel este año (2023). Limpio y fresco. Empleados/empleadas maravillosos que entienden de servicio y de atención. El Spa un cinco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Historia de de servicio, el mimo Sr Pablo Ruiz Picasso visitó el hotel con su esposa en el año 1917.
