“The staff and hotel are fabulous. They were celebrating the 10th anniversary of being in business yet my room looked like it was newly decorated. Both the dinner she breakfast I had were tasty and well presented. The staff were always helpful and attentive. There was even a secure shed where I could store my bike overnight. The room was well appointed with toiletries and drinks. The bed was really comfy. I'd definitely return and will recommend others go and visit too. ”

“Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

“The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast.”

“I didn't like anything. The wifi didn't work. The TV can't watch. It just have 3 car parking, if i hadn't forgot. Towel was dity which seem black.”

“Delightful shepherd’s hut set in the mid-Wales countryside. Well equipped and maintained and very comfortable, it was just right for our long weekend visiting friends in the area. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen and shower room met our needs. We benefitted from excellent weather so were able to take full advantage of the terrace which overlooked a field of buttercups and the nearby hills.”

“The whole stay was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and the host even left Welsh cakes, eggs and milk in the fridge for me. It’s the first time I’ve solo travelled and this place was perfect for me, but I can also see it being perfect for a couple too! The host also left a “guide” on the table, with key information and recommendations for local places to eat and things to do, as well as cab companies which was really useful! “We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. The lodge was clean and quiet with great views down the valley. Getting into the hot tub when we came back from visiting the local sites was a joy, lying...
